Dr. Ho Ming Hui, Herbert, JP, FHKloD, LLB (HK) cb served as Head of Corporate Development, Banking and Strategic Planning of Ocean Grand Holdings Ltd. and was responsible for corporate development and future corporate banking and strategic planning. Mr. Hui spent five years in merchant banking, followed by over eight years in securities regulator business where he held the position of Deputy Chief Executive and Head of the Listing Division of the Stock Exchange and has extensive regulatory and commercial experience.

Mr. Hui has extensive commercial, management and corporate finance experience. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Hui was a part time member of the Central Policy Unit of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He has a background in merchant banking, security regulation, as well as extensive commercial and corporate experience. Mr. Hui is the Chairman of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors Ltd. He serves as Chairman of China Supply Company Ltd. He serves as Vice Chairman of First Vanguard Private Equity Ltd., and My Click Media Limited. He served as Deputy Chairman of Ocean Grand Holdings Ltd and Ocean Grand Chemicals Holdings Ltd. He served as Deputy Chairman of Interchina Holdings Company Ltd. since 2002. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Citic 21cn Company Ltd. since November 16, 2005. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Dynasty Fine Wines Group Ltd., since August 2004. Mr. Hui serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Pacific Concord Holding Ltd., and Hong Kong Cyberport Management Co. Ltd. He has been Executive Director of Ocean Grand Chemicals Holdings Ltd., since August 2002. He served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Roly International Holdings Ltd. since 11 December 2003. He served as Executive Director of Ocean Grand Holdings Ltd. since May 2001. He served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Hsin Chong Construction Group Ltd. from 1997 to January 23, 2008. He served as an Independent Non-executive Director of Bank of Communications from April 5, 2007 to January 8, 2007. He served as Director of Interchina Holdings Company Ltd. from August 2002 to August 26, 2006.

Mr. Hui holds a number of public positions as below: Member of the Operation Review Committee, Witness Protection Review Board Panel, Independent Commission Against Corruption: Director of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation; Committee Member of the Small & Medium Size Enterprises Corporation; Professional Services Advisory Committee of Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Advisory Committee on Human Resources Development in the Financial Services Sector; Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Council for Academic Accreditation and Chairman of the Standards & Ethics Committee, HKIoD; Ethics Committee Member of Hong Kong Society of Accountants. Mr. Hui is also on the board of the Community Chest of Hong Kong and serves on the boards of a number of public and private companies. He was appointed a Justice of the Peace in Hong Kong in 2004. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Hui holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the School of Law, University of Hong Kong.
